N:P 1:3-4 for the step down ratios Age Groups of Patients: Adults and Geriatric Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: ARDS, Sepsis, Neurosurgery, Stroke, Cardiac Surgery, Resp Failure, Multi Organ failure, MI, CHF, Diabetes Any special procedure done on the unit?
